From reception/admin to the nurses and anesthesiologist, to Dr. Lantin, himself, all worked seamlessly to move me through the various stages of the process efficiently, and I was in-&-out of the fine facility in just over 90 minutes. I've had the privilege of learning from Dr. Lantin. Althroughout the learning experience I was able to see how much this doctor impacts his patients in a positive way. He continually puts the patient first and always does what's best for them. The medical assistant, nurses, and other healthcare providers all respect him and put him in high reguards which gives a sense of how brilliant and efficient he is. It's amazing that with all the experience he's gained through the years he remains humble and always takes his times for each and every patient. I just had my first endoscopy and it was a great experience. I was feeling terrified as I never this was my first time and I am scared of needles. I have anxiety walking into any medical provider office. However the staff helped me feel at ease. The nurses were great and the doctor (Dr. Lantin) and anesthesiologist were fantastic. Dr. Lantin and his team are top notch. I had a large amount still left to pay for my out of pocket deductible and Elizabeth and her front office team were very accommodating. I personally have never been in a position were I needed to setup this type of arrangement with a doctors office and they made it so easy to setup a payment plan. I was extremely grateful for that. I also want to give a huge shout out to Valerie and and Ann. They took great care of me before and after the inpatient procedures. Those two ladies were kind and know how to talk to the patient and keep their nerves calm. I would recommend this office and Dr. Lantin 1000%. The office is clean and a proper doctors office atmosphere not a house that just happens to host a doctors office, like some places in NYC. The doctor has also been super helpful in trying to help me to correcting my stomach issues and understanding that I do not want to take a pill for the rest of my life. All in all Great Doctor and Staff!!
